Excitement and anticipation are in order for actress Michelle Madrigal and fiancé Troy Woolfolk as official photos of their engagement session (e-session) have finally been released. The photo shoot was done in Austin, Texas, USA, where the two are based, as revealed by Nice Print Photography via Instagram on Jan. 29.
“Getting all excited,” wrote Nice Print Photography. “2 months before their BIG day! Esession for @twoolf29 and @mitch_madrigal shot in Austin, Texas.”
The couple kept it sultry, intimate and close to Mother Nature as they posed barefoot in a gorgeous, rocky landscape.
They also kept it minimal, choosing neutral white and khaki as their palette. Madrigal wore a white off-shoulder lace top that showed off her midriff and a matching skirt. She also wore natural makeup and left her tresses loose.
Woolfolk, meanwhile, wore a white polo, which he left unbuttoned and cuffed at the sleeves, and khaki pants.
Throwing a wedding is no easy feat. Weddings are expensive, after all, as per Woolfolk.
“73 more days and it’s about to go down,” he said on Instagram on Jan. 29 (Jan. 28 in the US). “Some may call it a wedding but to me it’s going to be one expensive PAAARRRRTAAAAYYY. It’s about to go down.”
Relationships sure take work and effort and anyone knows anything worth having won’t come easy. Behind the glossy pictures seen on social media, Madrigal was not afraid to get real and bare to her fans that their relationship is far from perfect, as shared in an honest post via Instagram last December 2018. As per Madrigal, there are four things that keep their relationship going: loyalty, respect, honesty and communication.
“One of the main things I’ve learned on how to keep a strong bond is through communication,” she shared then. “It’s not always going to be rainbows and butterflies!”
She emphasized the importance of communication in a relationship, saying it is essential especially when one needs to hear the truth from their partner.
“There will be times when your mate could potentially hurt you by being so brutally honest… but respect it because that moment could save your relationship,” advised Madrigal. “Honesty and open mindedness goes a long way!”
Madrigal and Woolkfolk got engaged in July 2017 during a tropical getaway to the Dominican Republic. They welcomed baby girl Anika Austin in the same year on Oct. 20. /ra
