A Filipino film recently won an award at the recently concluded Calcutta International Cult Film Festival.
“Unveiling the Horse Demon” received the Golden Fox award in the horror-science fiction genre category.
Starring Filipino-British actor Guy Lockwood, “Unveiling the Horse Demon” bested films from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada and China.
Lockwood costars in the Neal Tan film with Maria Isabel Lopez, Patricia Javier, Sue Prado, Mara Lopez and Gene Padilla.
The LA-based Lockwood was a recording artist when he decided to pursue acting. He played the lead role, wrote and produced the film.
