LOOK: Luis Manzano shares funny birthday greeting for Alex Gonzaga
MANILA, Philippines — Birthday messages poured for television host and actress Alex Gonzaga as she turned 31 on Wednesday, but nothing could compare to that of Luis Manzano’s unique greeting.
Manzano posted an edited photo of Gonzaga via Instagram on Wednesday with caption: “Happy birthday Ate @cathygonzaga!”

The photo shows Gonzaga with the sky and doves at the background. A simple message was also included in the photo that read, “It is with great joy we announce the 31st bday of Alex Gonzaga. Her family and friends wish to thank everyone for their love and support during this special day.”
Gonzaga was quick to notice Manzano’s birthday greeting and commented, “Para kong namatay hayop ka!!!!!” to which the latter replied, “May bday nga na nakalagay diba?”

Nonetheless, Gonzaga expressed thanks for the unique birthday greeting: “Hahahaha! Thanks kuya!!!!”

Many celebrities commented on the post including Manzano’s girlfriend Jessy Mendiola who said: “Happy birthday Cathy! Alam kong napakasama ni Luis sayo pero maraming salamat sa pagpapasaya sa kanya sa mga kalokohan niyo! Tandaan mo mahal ka namin.”
