MANILA, Philippines — Some celebrities have proven that age is just a number as they took on the “How did aging hit you?” challenge.
The challenge dares netizens to share their then-and-now photos to compare how much they have changed over the years.
One of the celebrities who took on the challenge was Sunshine Cruz who shared side-by-side photos taken when she was 17 years old and when she was 41 years old.
“24 years ago. 1994 (17 years old) 2018 (41 years old) #howharddidaginghityou #challenge,” Cruz wrote in an Instagram post on Monday.
Television personality Lyn Ching also shared then-and-now photos by posting a photo of herself taken in 2005 and another taken in 2018. “I can’t resist challenges,” she wrote in an Instagram post.
TV host Angel Jones, mother of Tony Labrusca, also wowed netizens with how graceful she has aged.
“This 1st picture was me in 2009 at 30 Exactly 10 years ago. Physically I think I looked beautiful but inside was a build up of fear, sadness, confusion and a loss of self,” she wrote.
“Now 2019 version of me. I still think I’m beautiful but now I glow from the inside out. I had to change my life drastically and went through a period of brokenness but the glow up was all worth it,” she added.
Celebrity couple Drew Arellano and Iya Villania also took on the challenge.
Arellano shared on Tuesday via Instagram a snapshot from a magazine cover back in 2005 and a photo from 2015.
“Sorry for the poor resolution. They didn’t have good cameras back in 2005. #10yearchallenge,” Arellano wrote in the caption.
VJ and host Andi Manzano, on the other hand, shared throwback photos from when she started her stint on radio and MTV.
“Since everyone is doing the #HowDidAgingHitYou, went through some old photos. Cringe,” Manzano captioned one of her Instagram stories. /muf
