MANILA, Philippines — Meme culture definitely reigns over the internet, from pop culture to fandom references, netizens just can’t get enough.

A dancing meme featuring  Korean idol Irene from Red Velvet is making rounds on social media for its wacky dance moves and choreography that fit almost every song.
