‘Born Beautiful’ out in cinemas on Jan. 23
“Born Beautiful” is set to be shown in cinemas on Jan. 23 next year.
The sequel of the critically acclaimed film “Die Beautiful” revolves around the story of a transgender woman Barbs.
Lead actor Martin del Rosario posted on Instagram what looks like a poster of the film, with the release date in the caption.
“Born Beautiful showing in cinemas nationwide this January 23, 2019!” Del Rosario wrote.

Originally planned to be a series, “Born Beautiful” will now be released as a movie to be shown in local theaters.
In the movie’s trailer, Barbs sets out on an adventure, joining a beauty pageant and later transitioning into a man.
The trailer also shows Barbs talking to the ghost of her best friend, Trisha, who was the lead in “Die Beautiful.” /ee
