Filipino celebrities congratulate Catriona Gray’s win as Miss Universe
MANILA, Philippines — As the country celebrates the crowning of the Philippines’ own Catriona Gray as the new Miss Universe, local celebrities took to social media to express their joy.
The coronation night for this year’s Miss Universe was held at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.
Gray’s win is the fourth crown bagged by the country in the said pageant. The last win was in 2015 with Pia Wurtzbach.
