Jodi Sta. Maria just ticked off another achievement for this year: eliminating one of her fears.
The “Sana Dalawa ang Puso” actress looked unnoticeable in an Instagram post Thursday, with her face covered in prosthetics in a role for an upcoming horror film.
And it appears she revealed something about herself that most people do not know—she is claustrophobic, or has the irrational fear of cramped spaces. “I acted like everything was okay, when in fact I was shaking inside,” she wrote.
Luckily, Sta. Maria showed how much of a trooper she was, all in the name of acting, saying, “There is no other way to get through it but to go through it. No shortcuts. I’m glad I did.”
While everyone expressed how proud they were of the actress, her leading man and love-team partner Richard Yap jokingly complimented her on how she looked good in the photo.
This accomplishment is only one of her achievements for this year. Previously, she revealed she was a certified acupuncture detoxification specialist and a second-time topnotcher in her psychology class. /ra
