Cardi B bares first picture of baby daughter
Cardi B shared her daughter’s baby picture months after she and Offset welcomed her in July.

The picture of little Kulture Kiari Cephus shows her in a car seat and an all-pink ensemble—including a bib that has her name “Kulture” embroidered on it.

The “Bodak Yellow” rapper posted the picture on Instagram on Dec. 5 (Dec. 6 in Manila) with the caption “My heart [heart emoji].”
Even during her pregnancy, Cardi opened up about being uncomfortable sharing pictures of her child. She told Rolling Stone last June, “My feelings get hurt when people online talking about family members. I think I’ll kill somebody if somebody talking about my child like that.”
She reiterated her fears in November to ET: “I’m scared of sharing her to the world. There are too many mean people out there.”
“There’s a lot of people that have crazy minds, you know. I want to protect her! She’s my little buggy,” she said.
The baby picture also comes after she broke the news on Instagram on Dec. 4 that she and Offset were “not together anymore.”
There was some secrecy around their relationship, too, which started in early 2017. She only revealed in June 2018 that she and Offset married back in September 2017 with only her cousin as witness.
Of the breakup, she said, “We got a lot of love for each other, but things just haven’t been working out between us for a long time and it’s nobody’s fault.”
She said, “It might take time to get a divorce and I’m gonna always have a lot of love for him because he is my daughter’s father.” /ra
