Zsa Zsa Padilla has started preparing for her upcoming venture as a businesswoman by finishing a crash course in farming enterprise.
On Monday, Padilla showed on Instagram her Certificate of Appreciation for taking part in an introductory lecture in agriculture given at the Department of Agriculture in Cebu.
“Finished my introductory lecture on Agriculture with Mrs. Marina [Vinegas] of the Department of Agriculture, Cebu. I still have so much to read and learn online!” she said in an Instagram post.
The Divine Diva said that this was in preparation for running “Casa Esperanza,” a farm she’s developing with her fiance, architect Conrad Onglao.
Her full given name is Esperanza.
Furthermore, she said that they were planning to open a rest house to the public by 2020.
“I am happy to be learning something new and working towards a goal Conrad and I have been planning for sometime now. It’s something we both love and are also passionate about,” she added.
The singer-actress noted her “great respect for farmers” and this project had led her to have “a deeper appreciation for the hard work and patience they put in to make sure we have good, quality food on our tables.”
She also thanked God for opening these opportunities and said: “I dream of becoming a good farmer and not be afraid of the challenges that comes with this new, exciting venture.”
Padilla first revealed she was building a farmhouse with Onglao in October 2018.
