Now on its 21st year, Cine Europa will be held in Manila from Dec. 6 to 16. Films from the Philippines that have European connections or content complement the screenings with educational forums.
The lecture series and workshop will be held on Dec. 12 and 13 (Nick Deocampo), 13 and 14 (Elvert Bañares), 11 a.m. at the Red Carpet Cinema 1, Shangri-La Cineplex, Mandaluyong.
