Nikki Gil’s son Finn had so much fun celebrating his first birthday with an airplane-themed party last Sunday, Nov. 18.
The former Myx VJ gushed as she held her 1-year-old in her arms, expressing her joy through an Instagram post. “Happy Birthday my darling Finn!” she greeted her son. “[Y]ou are everything we’ve prayed for.”
Gil and husband, businessman BJ Albert, also chose to have a solemn dedication for Finn that day, where he was “covered in prayer.”
The birthday boy and party guests had a grand time playing at a ball pit in the party. Gil joked that since Finn loves the ball pit too much, she could have left him there the entire time.
Both parents looked extremely happy during the event, posing for portraits with their son and squishing him in between them with their kisses.
The party was indeed filled with airplanes, as seen even in details such as the personalized placemats and loot bags for guests.
Some of Gil’s friends made sure not to miss the party, such as Shaina Magdayao, Liz Uy and Isabelle Daza with their sons, Xavi and Baltie. This was seen on Gil’s Instagram Stories.

And Finn, with the help of his mom and dad, got to blow his delicious-looking, airplane-decorated cake.
