Mark Escueta to Jolina Magdangal on their 7th wedding anniversary: ‘Wala nang mahihiling pa’

Jolina Magdangal and Mark Escueta exchanged affectionate words on the occasion of their seventh wedding anniversary today, Nov. 20.

The Rivermaya rocker was the first to greet his wife a happy anniversary via an Instagram post, where he shared a snap of Magdangal having fun with their son, Pele.

“Minsan lang dumadating sa buhay ng tao ang pakiramdam na wala ka nang mahihiling pa kay Lord. Yung kumpleto na lahat at sobra-sobra pa,” he said about Magdangal.

(It only comes once in a lifetime, that feeling when you cannot ask for anything more from the Lord. When everything is complete, and even in excess.)

Meanwhile, Magdangal also wrote her own words of affection for Escueta.

“Mahal, 7 years na pala tayong nagtutulungan sa buhay ng puno ng pagmamahalan. Di ko namalayan yun dahil ang saya saya lang ng araw araw natin,” she said.

(My love, it’s been seven years that we’re helping each other through life with love. I hardly noticed it because I am just so happy spending every day with you.)

She added that despite their petty quarrels, she still feels excited with him as they agree on a lot of things. Magdangal also credits her husband for strengthening her belief in God.

“Mula noon hanggang ngayon, di ko parin maiwasan maluha dahil sa sobrang saya na gumigising ako sa umaga na ikaw ang katabi ko,” Magdangal said.

(From then until now, I still cannot avoid getting tearful, because I am so happy that I get to wake up in the morning next to you.)

Magdangal’s former love team partner, Marvin Agustin, also greeted “the sweetest couple I’ve ever met” a happy anniversary. He also thanked Escueta for taking care of his “labtim.”
