Songbird Regine Velasquez revealed that among the actors she got teamed up with, it was Aga Muhlach who she did not want to be partnered with before.
Velasquez, who returned to her mother network recently, said this because she could not comprehend, at first, the working schedule of a screen actor or actress compared with the working schedule of a singer.
According to the actress, the working schedule of being a singer and being an actress was totally different, from which she initially had a hard time understanding.
In an interview on “Tonight with Boy Abunda” on Friday, Velasquez jestfully raised the photo of Muhlach when asked who among her leading men she doesn’t want to get paired in a movie project before.
“Eh kasi lagi siyang late, inis na inis ako sa kanya tapos lagi niya akong pinag hihintay,” she said while cracking some laughs with Abunda.
Velasquez and Muhlach first teamed up in the big screen for their movie “Dahil May Isang Ikaw” back in 1999.
It was then followed by “Pangako Ikaw lang” and “Of All the Things” in 2001 and 2002.
Despite Muhlach’s attitude of being late, Velasquez said that the following movie projects with him, Muhlach never came late because of a “deal” they signed.
/jpv
