Mariel de Leon congratulates Ahtisa Manalo for Miss International stint

Beauty queen Mariel de Leon congratulated country’s bet Ahtisa Manalo for placing first runner-up in the recently concluded Miss International 2018 in Japan.
In an Instagram post, De Leon gave credit to the efforts of Manalo in the competition as the former called the latter a Filipina doll.
“Congratulations to our Filipina doll for the runner up finish! You did amazing! We are all proud of you! You are a true queen. May God bless you on the next chapter of your life,” De Leon said.

The coronation night was held at the Tokyo Dome City Hall in Japan on Friday. Venezuela’s bet Mariem Velazco hailed as the new title holder of Miss International.

Prior to the congratulatory post, Manalo wished her crown successor good luck for the pagaent.
