Khalil Ramos will be appearing in a popular reality TV show in Japan.
The Kapamilya actor is “ecstatic” to be a contestant for the third season of “Find the Wasabi”, which had its first filming day in Nagoya. Ramos is also the only Philippine representative in the show, a fun fact which he shared in an Instagram post last Sunday, Oct. 28.
Ramos is joined by Malaysian singer Daniel Sher and Thai actor-model Tawan Vihokratana. It appears that Sher got along very well with Ramos, describing him as “the coolest, talented, determined” contestant. He added that Ramos is a “humble person and also good in jokes.”
Meanwhile, Ramos’ rumored girlfriend Gabbi Garcia gave him her full support by cheering him on: “Bring home the Wasabiiii!!!!!!!!”

“Find the Wasabi” is a Japanese travel-battle show first which first aired in 2014. The Tokyo Broadcasting System describes the show as a “reality-game travelogue” where three celebrity contestants from Asia compete. They are tasked to find the “secret spice” by going through missions. As per its official Facebook page, the show is set for international broadcast this December. JB
