Nearly a year after 1980s child star Isabel Granada passed away, her husband commemorated the moment she collapsed.
Arnel Cowley took to Facebook to remember the tragic day last Oct. 25, 2017, when the couple was in Doha, Qatar.
Cowley wrote: “October 25 last year was the day when my world turned upside down..the unthinkable happened.”

“I still remember vividly just like it was yesterday when you collapsed and I was frantically trying to save you until help came along,” he said. “The shock, the fear was running through my head asking myself as to what is happening as you are being revived right before my eyes.”
Granada’s husband seems to still be coping with her loss as he said, “I still long always for your touch and your presence but most of all… I miss you and love you very much.”
Unfortunately, after her collapse caused by a brain aneurysm, the actress would not regain consciousness. She remained in a coma with massive internal bleeding in her head.
Granada died on Nov. 4, 2017, at 41 years old. She is also survived by her son Hubert Thomas Aguas, whom she had with ex-husband Jericho Aguas, and mother Guapa Castro-Granada. /ra
