Cardi B shared that giving birth was not so easy as she thought it would be.
The rapper shared with late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel on Thursday about her experiences on motherhood and delivering her daughter Kulture.
When asked if she was enjoying being a mother, Cardi answered: “It’s the best! It’s like, ‘Oh my gosh, I should’ve had you when I was a teenager!'”
Kimmel then brought up if the rapper had an easy or hard time giving birth to her daughter, to which the rapper responded: “It was totally harder; she broke my vagina.”
“Why, nobody [tells] you about those things?” Cardi told Kimmel. “Nobody told me they were gonna stitch my vagina!”
Who was in the delivery room when she gave birth? It turns out that a lot of people were there to support her delivery, with the likes of her parents, sister and even her publicist.
Cardi also told Kimmel that though her daughter is only 4 months old, she is already showing signs of her mom’s feistiness. “My husband used to tell like ‘Stop screaming! Stop catching that attitude when you’re pregnant ’cause you’re gonna pass that to the baby!'” she recalled. “It’s like—I did.”
The rapper gave birth to daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus back in June. This is her first child with Migos member Offset, to whom she was wed in 2017. /ra
