Christmas comes early this October as POP LIFE TV launches its operations in the Philippines.

A is for Apple

“A is for Apple” is a fun, fresh take on a food challenge show genre. In each episode, one of the three hip, young chefs randomly picks a letter of the alphabet and goes shopping for two very different ingredients that start with that letter (apples and anchovies, bananas and bacon, chicken and chocolate – just to name a few). Back in the stylish cooking pod, which redefines “the kitchen,” the intrepid hosts then create mouthwatering dishes. You can watch them reach deep and come up with one crazy but delicious mash-up dish that features both ingredients.

Let’s talk about anything that is chewy, chocolately, creamy, crispy, sticky, tart, velvety and quick-and-easy recipes that you’ve never seen before on Philippine TV. Tempted?
Here’s Flour Power, a fun, stylish and playful series that is all about sharing the love and joy of baking. Step back in time with the lovely host Jessica McGovern and her retro inspired “Flour Power” kitchen. A sophisticated woman of many talents, Jessica’s expertise and warm persona will inspire audiences to bake at home, as she effortlessly creates three delightful desserts in each episode. Whether you need a simple, delicious treat for your children’s bake sale or an extravagant masterpiece for an elegant dinner party, “Flour Power” offers impressive recipes for every occasion.
One World Kitchen
You’ve seen travel shows on TV that take you to different places and countries. There are also many kinds of cooking shows with talented chefs and culinary delights. How about a combination of both?
