They were once the greatest of friends, but Loisa Andalio revealed that her friendship with Maris Racal is no longer as sweet as before.
The Kapamilya actress spoke about the state of her relationship with her fellow Pinoy Big Brother alumna in a “Tonight with Boy Abunda” interview which aired on Monday, Oct. 8.
In Racal’s interview with Abunda in a separate episode of the show, Racal apparently mentioned that there has been a misunderstanding between her and Andalio. In her own interview with Abunda, Andalio revealed that she asked Racal what she meant about that; Racal answered her by saying that what she meant was they no longer spend time together and now have different sets of friends.
“Paanong misunderstanding ‘yun?” Andalio said. “Alam ko po kasi sa misunderstanding na parang hindi kayo may pagkakaintindihan dalawa.”
(How is that a misunderstanding? What I know about a misunderstanding is you have something you do not agree on.)
Andalio also admitted that she slightly got jealous of Racal and Sue Ramirez’s newfound friendship. When asked by Abunda if there has been a quarrel between her and Ramirez, Andalio said there never was, but that a space does exist between them.
Still, Andalio expressed a bittersweet remembrance of her friendship with Racal.
“Nag-start kami sa PBB and sabay kami nangarap. Sabi namin ‘nung nasa bahay kami: ‘Sana paglabas natin ganito no? Sabay tayong ganyan. Sana magkasama tayo sa teleserye,'” she recalled.
(We started on PBB.. We said while we were inside the house: “I hope it would [still] be like this when we leave the house. I hope we do this together, right? I hope we work on a teleserye together.”)
