Kris Aquino thanks Herbert Bautista for his presence

While Kris Aquino and Herbert Bautista did not last long, Aquino thanked Bautista and said they remained friends to this day.

“Admittedly in 2014 HAPPILY EVER AFTER wasn’t meant for us. BUT it wasn’t THE END,” Aquino wrote in an Instagram post.

Aquino posted a dinner photo with friends and ex-boyfriend Quezon City Mayor Bautista on Sunday, Oct. 7.

She took this opportunity to thank Bautista for being there whenever she needed a friend, saying “He’s been there whenever i needed a friend, hindi na ko nagulat- nandito sya ngayon.”

The Queen of All Media also said Bautista wanted her to regain her health and supported her priorities.

Aquino recently went to Singapore to seek medical attention after evident weight loss in a short period of time because of “financial abuse” in her business.

She also shared what went down in their relationship: “Ako nang magsasabi, when we fought nasumbat ko na: naging 1st daughter & 1st sister na ko- di mo ba na appreciate na ikaw ang minahal & di yung posisyon mo?”

“Binweltahan nya ko: kaya nga ang hirap mong maging ka relasyon kasi pinaghirapan ko ‘to tapos user ang ibabato sa kin?” she added.

In 2014, Aquino revealed that Bautista asked for her hand in marriage after their short-lived relationship.
