LOOK: Camille Prats congratulates Angelica Panganiban, Carlo Aquino on ‘Exes Baggage’ success
Camille Prats congratulated Angelica Panganiban and Carlo Aquino on Exes Baggage’s success via Instagram on Friday, Sept. 28.
“Congratulations Junjun and Jelai!!!! Can’t wait to watch this sis!!!!” Prats commented on Panganiban’s Instagram post who thanked everyone as the film already earned more than P43.7 million after two days.
The three personalities starred in the 1999 youth-oriented television series, G-mik, with Prats as Roni whose best friend was Jelai, played by Panganiban. It also starred Aquino as Junjun, John Prats as Yuan, Stefano Mori as Borj and Miko Samson as Tonsy.
Aquino and Panganiban met and played the role of sweethearts in G-mik. Their romance became real, but the pair eventually broke up around 2005.
Rumors, then, surfaced about Aquino courting Prats, Panganiban’s closest friend at that time.
‘Exes Baggage’ tells the story of two people meeting each other by chance and falling in love despite heartbreak from past relationships.
