How Jewel Mische got back in shape after giving birth: ‘I’ve worked out my entire pregnancy’

Jewel Mische is back in shape two months after giving birth to her bundle of joy, Aislah Rose.
As she flaunted her toned abs while carrying her baby daughter, she shared her secret on how she got back her figure easily: “I’ve worked out my entire pregnancy!”
“I did about 200 variety of squats a day and I ate healthy (with a few treats in there),” the proud mom wrote on Instagram last Sept. 16.
But while she looks great with her figure, she revealed she had more ““curves, lumps and bumps” as her weight is still the same prior to giving birth.

Admitting that she was not “super pumped” about the change, she said she did not expect her new appreciation for it. “My body feels destroyed and insanely purpose filled at the same time!” Mische said.
Was childbirth easy for her? “Not at all!” she answered. Mische also revealed she was also recuperating from breast surgery after having mastitis.
“Unmedicated delivery seemed like a horrible decision a few times throughout labor and I’m still sore from natural birth,” she said. “But pregnancy (and motherhood) is such a marvelous thing. It brings tears to my eyes processing all the things this body has been through.”
Mische gave birth to Aislah Rose last July. She is the first child for the Starstruck season 4 Ultimate Sweetheart and husband Alister Kurzer. Their family is currently based in Michigan, USA. /ra
