Kapuso actress Kylie Padilla has not weaned her son, Alas.
“No plans on stopping anytime soon #breastfeedingmama,” the new mom wrote in an Instagram post where she is seen breastfeeding Alas inside a restroom.
Mariel Padilla, Kylie’s stepmom, was the first to comment and praise the young mom.
Breastfeeding, however, remains controversial as some people still think it is indecent for a woman to breastfeed in public. This opinion was reflected in some comments on Padilla’s post, such as a certain @almarquita who asked, “Do you really have to post that?”
Still, other mothers shared their own experiences and chimed in their thoughts on breastfeeding their children whenever they need it.
One netizen, @carylevhon, expressed how she can’t tolerate seeing her child cry.
