Lil Xan is now in good condition after he was recently rushed to a hospital — apparently for eating too much flamin’ hot Cheetos.
The rapper wanted to inform fans that he is now “good, healthier [than] I’ve ever been.” This he stated in an Instagram video he posted on Tuesday, Sept. 25.
Lil Xan, real name Diego Leanos, showed off his hospital wrist band in the video. He also showed his room, scattered with clothes; he said he is packing for a tour in New York.
“I just want to let everybody know I was in the hospital not due to any drugs,” the rapper clarified. “But I guess I ate too many hot Cheetos and it ripped something in my stomach, so I puked a little blood.” He added in his caption that the snack is “one hell of a drug.”
The 22-year-old rapper is known for his breakout hit “Betrayed”, which peaked at number 64 in the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 charts. He also previously dated singer Noah Cyrus, younger sister of Miley. Katrina Hallare/JB
