For her son’s first birthday, celebrity stylist Liz Uy held a Pinoy fiesta-themed party for her little Xavi on Saturday at The Loft at Manansala, Rockwell Center, Makati.
The venue was filled with streamers, hand-made coconut trees, a little sari-sari store and the traditional pabitin, as seen in photos provided by photography studio Cocoon Studio.
Meanwhile, the stylist also wanted the cake to fit the party’s theme. The dessert featured all Pinoy flavors such as ube, queso and pandan. It even had puto in three flavors, coconut macaroons and banana chips to top it off.
Mother and son posed for the camera, with Xavi showing his biggest smile that looked like he enjoyed his special day.
Several snaps also showed celebrity guests who came, such as Nikki Gil with BJ Albert and son Finn, model turned entrepreneur Bea Soriano-Dee with husband Eric and daughter Billie, as well as Isabelle Daza with Adrien Semblat and baby Baltie.
Also among the guests were Mariel Rodriguez with daughter Isabella, who finally met the birthday boy on his special day. Isabella even had a playdate with Xavi.
Uy’s sister Laureen also shared mementos from the party by posting several shots of Xavi with his mom. It can be noted that his father, Raymond Racaza, was also seen in one of the shots with Uy and the boy.
In a video of the event shared on Uy’s Instagram Stories, the family of three is seen together.
