After he was seen helping his brother with his “call of nature,” is Baeby Baste ready for more responsibilities ahead?
The “Eat Bulaga” child wonder, now 6 years old, is set to become a big brother once again as his mom, Sheila Arumpac, is pregnant with her third child.
“Another great joy is coming,” Baeby Baste’s Instagram post on Friday read. It showed a screenshot of his mom’s Facebook post, showing two bars in a home pregnancy test indicating that his mom is indeed in the family way.
The Facebook post read: “Isang munting anghel na naman ang ipinagkaloob ni Lord na magsisimula na ang kanyang paglalakbay patungo sa aming pamilya.”
(The Lord has blessed us with another angel who will start his/her journey to our family.)
Baeby Baste’s soon-to-be brother or sister is set to arrive in May, and there is one wish that her mom is asking for: “[N]away maayos ang iyong byahe hanggang sa dumating ka, hindi advance at hindi rin delayed.”
(I hope you will have a smooth-sailing journey until you arrive; I hope it will not be advanced or delayed.)
Congratulatory messages soon flooded the post, with some hoping that Baeby Baste will finally have a sister.

As he awaits for his playmate to arrive, Baeby Baste may have to practice to be more responsible as he is a kuya (big brother) to 4-year-old Samsam. /ra
