CNBlue bassist Lee Jung-shin will be enlisting for military service on July 31, KPop Herald reports.
His enlistment was formally announced on the morning of Thursday, July 5, by Lee’s agency, FNC Entertainment.
This marks the second time that a member of the Korean boy band would be enlisting in the army, the first being Jung Yong-hwa who enlisted in March.
Before enlistment, however, Lee will be having a busy month; he will be holding fan events in both Korea and Japan.
CNBlue is one of Korea’s most popular K-pop rock bands. The band debuted in 2010 with “I’m a Loner”, the title track from their first mini-album “Bluetory”. JB
