Dimples Romana marks 15th wedding anniversary with husband: ‘Wala nang mas sasarap pa’

For actress Dimples Romana, her marriage to husband Boyet Ahmee is still as strong as ever.
The Kapamilya talent gushed over their 15th wedding anniversary in a sweet Instagram post Wednesday. She also shared photos of them through the years.
She said about being loved by her husband for 15 years: “Wala nang mas sasarap pa (There is nothing sweeter than this).”
“Paano mo nga ba masasabi kapag nahanap mo na ang ‘The One'[?],” Romana posed this question. She then answered: “Kung ang tanging patunay lang ng tunay na pagmamahal ay ORAS (If the only testament of true love is time).”
Romana proudly said of the years their marriage went by: “[S]a dami ng lubak, bagyo at pagsubok na pinagdaanan namin, maswerte kaming buhay pa kaming dalawa– figuratively and literally.”
(Of all the sadness, the storm and trials we went through, we’re lucky that we’re still alive — figuratively and literally.)
“Nagpapasalamat ako na hanggang ngayon mahal, buhay na buhay pa ako, hindi ako nagkamali sa pinagkatiwalaan ko ng puso ko,” she expressed. The actress even complimented her husband: “The best ka. Hindi mo sinayang ang oras ko.”
(I’m grateful that until now, love, I am very much alive; I never doubted on giving my heart to you.) (You’re the best. You did not waste my time.)
The actress thanked him for numerous reasons, such as that he “made each moment count.” She also acknowledged: ” You have made all our dreams come to life dahil hindi ka madamot (because you were not selfish).”
And for the times their love and patience was faint, she said she knew the reason why they are still together: “Dahil sa mga oras na yun, pareho nating naisip na ang pangako natin sa isa’t isa ay hindi lang sa pagitan natin dalawa. There’s always been a third party- The LORD.”
(Because of those times, we both knew that our promise is not only to each other. There’s always been a third party – The LORD.)
“For a faithful and forgiving love, THANK You,” she expressed her gratitude.
Several well-wishers congratulated the couple for the milestone. Fellow actress Angel Locsin thanked Ahmee for “loving and being so patient” with her friend.
