Kapamilya young actress Kiray Celis exploded on Twitter and Instagram when her luggage went missing and fumed at airline company Cebu Pacific for their “poor service.”
According to the actress, they flew to Davao on a flight scheduled at 3:40 am and checked in two bags but to their dismay, the other one went missing upon their arrival.
Hours after, according to her recent post, her bag still wasn’t recovered. To make up for the hassle, the actress said the airline offered them P3,000 cash in exchange for every 24 hours that her luggage remains missing.
“Wala kaming pamalit na damit dito sa hotel. Ang nakakatawa, nagbayad kami ng mas mahal na ticket para may bagahe ka at LESS HASSLE. Pero ganito pa ang nangyare. Puro sila pasensya. Puro sorry. At binabayaran pa nila kami 3k every 24 hours na di mahanap bag namin,” she wrote.
In her first tweet about the incident, the airline responded and offered assistance to the fuming actress.
“Hi Johanna! May we verify if you reported this upon arrival? If yes, kindly send us thru private message and copy of Property Irregularity Report (PIR) so we can further assist you. Thank you,” said Cebu Pacific.
Keeping it cool, the airline opted for a more private exchange and said that they have already replied to the actress’ direct messages.
Apart from her casual clothes, Celis’ main concern was the wardrobe she would wear on her show.
