On Instagram, irked Sharon Cuneta asks, ‘Bakit ako pinakasalan?’
Could Megastar Sharon Cuneta be referring to her ex-husband Gabby Concepcion when she asked on Instagram, “Bakit ako pinakasalan?”
Sharon raised the question in a long thread of comments on her Instagram post where she professed her love for her daughter, actress KC Concepcion.
Sharon wrote: “My life’s work and the name I worked so hard to build over four decades will NEVER mean more to me than you. My Kristina. I love you with all my heart, my #1.”
The Megastar posted that message after making headlines when she commented that she had “lost” her first-born KC “somewhere years back” because she became “too independent.”
Despite this comment, Sharon wanted to reassure her fans that she and KC are okay, even posting a video clip of her dedicating a song to her then very young daughter.
However, in the comment thread of that Instagram post, Sharon commented that if she were so stupid, “1. Bakit ako pinakasalan? 2. Bakit ilang taon na kaming hiwalay, binabalikan pa ako?”
Reacting to her bashers, Sharon pointed out KC’s good qualities, saying, “Yang “masama akong nanay o babae” aba this year nyo lang inumpisahan yan ah! Ang pruweba ko na mali kayo? Ayun – isang napakagandang dalaga na may degree mula pa sa Paris, intelihente at may class.”
“Ako nagpalaki eh! Sana lang magpasalamat man lang sa akin kasi di ko siya sinira at di ko binrainwash ang anak ko na i-hate siya o di siya respetuhin. That should tell you all something about the kind of person I am. You refuse to see me and the good I’ve been raised with and raised my daughter with, because you gave her NOTHING. In another comment, Sharon also refuted claims that she and Gabby only got married because she was already pregnant.

It’s your problem and your loss if you don’t want to see me as a good person and choose to believe in made-up stories. I feel bad for you.”\
To those accusing her of not being a good mother, the megastar responded by citing her four children who have grown up very well.
“Di ko alam kung bakit ba napakawalang utang na loob at sana pinalaki ko na lang ang panganay ko na punong-puno ng hatred sa kanya – ay IMBENTO ng IMBENTO ng storya. Ang lalaking ganon at malamang nakukulangan sa sariling pagkakalalaki kaya kailangan kababaeng tao na walang kasing matiising babae at kailangang sirain!” she stressed.
Sharon never mentioned Gabby’s name in her post, only saying, “Wala akong sinasabing pangalan. Guilty lang ang tamaan. Buhay pa sila sinusunog na ang mga kaluluwa. Kawawa naman. Alam ng PANGINOON lahat ng sinasabi ko at sinasabi niya. May parusang naghihintay sa singungaling. Yehey!”
Not too long ago, she and Gabby reconciled after working together on a viral advertisement for a fast food chain, sparking the hopes of Sharon-Gabby fans for a reunion movie.
At the height of the popularity of their ad, Sharon and Gabby filled their Instagram pages with memorabilia of them together, including photos and videos of their past movies.
