Mommy Sharon Cuneta may be happy with the love of her still little ones but there’s one thing she misses, simple bonding moments with her now all-grown first born, KC Concepcion.

Posting a photo of her youngest daughter Miel, Cuneta shared to her followers her simple joy while having a movie night with her daughters. As they were enjoying a nice all-girl bonding, the megastar could not help but miss such moments with Concepcion.

“ I admittedly didn’t have this kind of relationship na with KC after she turned 13… She had the best of my youth though. And she was the best kid ever! I somehow just lost her somewhere years back…though I love her very much and will be here for her anytime. She’s a full-grown adult so I don’t expect that I’ll suddenly have such a big impact on her life now! I wanted her to grow up independent, but medyo too independent na siya which isn’t necessarily a bad thing,” she wrote.

Concepcion now being an accomplished woman is busy with her own professional and personal engagements. Nonetheless, her mom is happy she still has three kids left to her side to constantly bond and laugh with.

“I just miss that I know I have FOUR kids and am able to share my life with only THREE.No bad.All good naman. These 3 gremlins naman are my joy and “entertainment” at home! I never like to leave the house when they are with me. I LOVE that we are stuck together like glue. I laugh when my kids laugh with me,” she added.

She even teased to learn the steps to the Korean song “Twice TT” which she asked Miel to learn first and then, later teach her.. The idea of dancing then brought her to reminisce about G-Force founder and choreographer Teacher Georcelle Dapat-Sy who was her dancer in her ‘90s long-running variety show “The Sharon Cuneta Show.”

As any mothers would, Cuneta’s kids comes as her priority but among all of them, it was slightly a different case with Concepcion.

Having given birth to her at 19 and being a solo parent by the age of 21 at the height of her career was not an easy task for the young Sharon. Her singing and acting engagements during the late ‘80s through the ‘90s were non-stop making her achieve such a career like no other. However, it took a toll on the young KC.

The two of them being alone after their family broke up was the very reason why she taught her daughter to be independent.

Soon after, Concepcion took off college in Paris where she finished a bachelor’s degree in International Communications in 2007.

When she went back to the Philippines, she started her own singing and acting career and to this day still is one of the most bankable stars of her generation. She is now 33 years old and has a successful life both as an artist and a businesswoman. /muf
