‘My 2 Mommies’ earns P5.5M on first day

Regal Films’ Mother’s Day offering “My 2 Mommies,” top-billed by Paolo Ballesteros and Solenn Heussaff, hit big on its first day, grossing P5.5 million in sales.

The news was shared on Instagram by Ballesteros who plays the role of “Mamu,” a gay man whose life changed after learning that he has a son with a woman he used to date.

Directed by Eric Quizon, the movie was given a “PG” rating by the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board. It also received a Grade “A” rating by the Cinema Evaluation Board (CEB), implying that the movie is recommended for viewing as it has successfully met the standards set by the evaluating body.
