WATCH: NSYNC surprises fans with mini-reunion on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’

Fans screamed their hearts out as the legendary 1990s group surprised everyone with a mini-reunion at “The Ellen DeGeneres Show”.

Justin Timberlake went out with the rest of the gang, consisting of Joey Fatone, Lance Bass, JC Chasez and Chris Kirkpatrick for a rare appearance at the popular American TV show, which aired yesterday, May 1.

Everyone was a sport as DeGeneres first poked fun at the boy band’s bobblehead figures. When Fatone’s model fell from the table, he played along and fell on the floor as well. DeGeneres then handed over the figure to him, and he held it with care.

DeGeneres continued to joke by raising Bass’ figure, declaring that it actually represents her. With the boys laughing, Bass poked fun at his bobblehead self, “I’ve never had a soul patch in my life and I have no idea why they immortalized that.”

Flashing a series of throwback photos from the band’s early years up to the height of their fame, the NSYNC members reminisced with smiles on their faces, while also laughing at how they dressed back in the day.

And with technology now in boom, the boys revealed that they keep in touch with each other through a “ridiculous” group chat.

“You have a nice little group chat, and everybody who you run into like ‘Uhm, I wanna see the group chat,'” Chasez said. Of course, the group chat is private, and all he has to say to anyone who wants to see it is, “I’m like ‘No.'”

About them receiving a star at the prestigious Hollywood Walk of Fame, Fatone said, “It was surreal to me.” He said he never expected their group attain such a feat.

“It’s a legacy that we’re living, so it’s cool. Our great great great grandkids are able to see that,” he said. “I think that’s what’s cool.” JB
