Andy Grammer, the American singer-songwriter behind the pop hits “Fresh Eyes” and “Honey, I’m Good,” will hold an intimate, one-night show on June 7 at the Music Museum, according to the local promoter Wilbros Live (call 891-9999 or 374-9999).
The recording artist, who has three albums under his belt—“Andy Grammer,” “Magazines or Novels” and “The Good Parts”—is the first pop act since John Mayer to have his first two singles enter the Top 10 of the Adult Pop Radio Charts.
Jake Zyrus marks 25th birthday with a concert
Singer Jake Zyrus is set to celebrate his 25th birthday and 10th year in show biz with a concert titled “Music & Me,” which will be held on May 25 at the SM North Edsa Sky Dome (call 891-9999 or 470-2222).
Through music, the one-night show will relate Jake’s career and life journey. “I will do songs I have been longing to perform onstage, as well as those I can experiment with and give a new twist,” he said in a statement.
Mounted by Echo Jham Entertainment Productions, “Music & Me” will also feature special guests Kyla, Iñigo Pascual and “American Idol” finalist Jessica Sanchez. —ALLAN POLICARPIO
