Kris Aquino rejects netizen who asked if he could court her: ‘No thank you, I don’t like fakes’

Queen of All Media Kris Aquino may have gotten the go signal from son Bimby to enter a romantic relationship last February, but it seems dating is still pretty thin these days for the candid and frank Aquino.
Yesterday, Aquino took to her Instagram account to share a nine-tile collage of her wearing a pink dress. She thanked her fans for giving her many reasons to smile and wished them goodnight. While many followers sent their love to Aquino and wished her a good night as well, one netizen named Mandi Monaco (@mandi_monaco) gathered up the courage and asked Aquino if he could court her.
“Hi, Ms. kris kamusta pwed ba kitang ligawan kung papayag ka im a Simple guy lng ako OFW egnr (sic),” wrote Monaco. “Pero nag nurse dito sa UK. Bka ikaw na yung da one ko kc pareho tayo lagi niloloko iniiwan. Kapag ako minahal mo mamahalin kita hbng buhay promise.”
Aquino, on the other hand, did not hesitate in her words and shut Monaco down fiercely. “@mandi_monaco no thank you. I saw your feed — I don’t like ‘fakes’ & your account looks like a ‘troll’ account,” she said. “Ang bastos pa nung pics. Please, I’m too smart & too pretty para mag attempt kang bolahin pa ko.” (The photos are even obscene. Please, I’m too smart and too pretty for you to attempt to fool me.)

A lot of her fans called out Monaco for his courtship proposal, with one (@arskie27) saying he is being ambitious: “@mandi_monaco ang lakas ng loob manligaw kay Kris lol ambisosyo!!!” (The never you have to court Kris! LOL! You’re ambitious!) Others, on the other hand, called his move foolish.
“@krisaquino eh pasinsya na kung masyado lakas loob syempre nilakasan ko na loob d ba malay natin?” Monaco wrote back. “But anyway ganyan talaga buhay sabi nga ibato mo ng ibato ang iyong pg ibig sasabit at sasabit din yan… (sic).”
(I’m sorry if I’m overconfident, of course I’m mustering my courage, ‘coz who knows? But anyway, life’s like that. As the saying goes, just keep throwing out your love, it’s bound to hit something, eventually.)
Apart from his comments, Monaco also uploaded last night on his Instagram account a picture of him with Carlos Yap, a relative of James Yap, Aquino’s ex-husband. He also has a picture of a blue Audi sports car which he called “My new Love.”
Aquino, however, did not entertain Monaco’s comments anymore, focusing instead on more important matters. She is now on a quick getaway in Osaka, Japan with sons Bimby and Josh for Bimby’s birthday, as per her update last night. This is also her team’s first endorsement shoot abroad, and in her favorite country, no less.
“1 week to go & my baby will be 11 years old,” wrote Aquino. “Tomorrow my team will be doing ocular for my Friday & Saturday shoots. I’m going to REST. Good night. We love & thank you for supporting us… Team KCAP’s 1st endorsement shoot abroad. And in my favorite country to visit.”
Perhaps, future suitors of Aquino can learn from the stranger’s failed attempt. But at this point, no man still appears worthy of her “love love love.” JB
