Just as the scenes were real, accidents also became real.

Actresses Nathalie Hart and Coleen Garcia sure did have an unforgettable experience filming “Sin Island” as they both experienced accidents on the set.

Film director Gino M. Santos recounted Hart’s story during the movie’s launch on Sky PPV (pay-per-view) and TFC PPV on Friday. Apparently, her explosives malfunctioned and she had to have a little medical procedure to erase the marks.

“Nag-charge siya like three times more so it exploded na sobrang lakas tapos nag-stop na lang kami kasi, ‘yung explosives kasi may blood pack so ready, action, hindi pumutok ‘yung dapat ‘yung ibabaril, okay isa pa, ready, action baam sobrang lakas lahat kami stunned tapos pagtingin namin sa isa’t-isa puro blood ‘yung faces namin. Tapos si Nathalie kita mo nag-smoke na ‘yung dito (pointing at shoulders) pumutok sa shoulder niya ‘yung ano. ‘Di’ba ininjection ka after?” said Santos.

Of course, she made sure the marks won’t stay for long.

“I actually had laser done na kasi ayan oh, naputukan ako ng baril but I had laser done,” said Hart.

Hart even made a joke out of it.

“Yeah, so right now, I’m like safe for three years, so for three years I have tetanus shots so thank God nagkaroon ako ng ga’nun,” she said.

Not only Hart, Garcia also had her fair share of accident that this time was caused by Hart.

“Nasapak niya ko sa mukha, mga four days siyang nandito sa nose ko. Ang pula pula sobrang prone pa naman na ma-break ‘yung nose ko kasi ang laki laki,” Garcia laughingly said.

“At least totoong nahilo ako,” Garcia added.

The accidents happened when they were filming their much-talked about fight scene. Despite the accidents, the two remained professional all through out. /jpv
