Sharon Cuneta just had surgery to remove lipoma

Megastar Sharon Cuneta had her fans concerned when she broke the news that she had just undergone a surgery to remove a lipoma on the back of her neck.
She made the announcement through an Instagram post on Tuesday via a four-part text-photo post.
She opened up by explaining why she has gone missing-in-action to even her closest friends and family.

“Had a surgery yesterday,” she wrote. “Had a lipoma on my batok, and my yaya and assistant had been noticing it for a while hanggang lumaki na that they finally told me! Natakot na!”
She said she also had her biopsy procedure all documented on video, but she had no intention to show it to the public.
“Still super drowsy from anaesthesia and had been sleeping since I got home last night,” she wrote. “Also if I put my head down it hurts. If I look straight or up, it hurts. So saving my grace is just laying on either my left of right side.” .
She assured her followers, however, that she was perfectly alright and on her way to recovery. She also asked for prayers so that she could be up and about to resume her commitments on television.
In just hours, her post was flooded with get-well messages from her fans.
Not too long ago, Cuneta was a talk of the town when she did a mini television reunion with Gabby Concepcion, her original love team partner and ex-husband, for a fast food chain commercial.
Also, earlier this March, she happily informed the public about her return to television via a favorite weekly show on ABS-CBN. /atm
