Friends and family got together for the baptism of Kaye Abad and Paul Jake Castillo’s son, Pio Joaquin. The ceremony was held at Sacred Heart Parish in Cebu City yesterday.
The proud parents showed off their cute baby boy in a family portrait, as shared by @tjcastillo888 via Instagram.
Hair stylist Jing Monis also had a photo-op with the trio with his fellow godfathers.
Actress Nikki Valdez was all smiles for her friend Abad. The two stars have been friends for years, since they both appeared on the late 1990s youth-oriented show “Kaybol (Ang Bagong TV)”.
Valdez posted some more photos which featured other guests, one of them being Abad’s sister Sarah.
Abad and Castillo married in December 2016, in a lavish wedding ceremony at the San Pedro Calungsod Chapel in Cebu. While Abad has been an actress since her teen years, Castillo was a former “Pinoy Big Brother” housemate. After their marriage, they welcomed Pio a year later, on Castillo’s birthday. JB
