Bela Padilla admits eye defect

In showbiz, physical perfection is an obsession. Hence, having a celebrity admit to his/her flaws is a rare feat. Actress Bela Padilla is just among the few who do not bat a lash to publicly tell hers. She admitted that yes, she has squinted eyes.

It was through a recent Twitter exchange with a netizen that Padilla shared about her eye defect.

A netizen who goes by the handle @unkabogablebaysdandako asked, “are you banlag @belapadilla? Hahaha super cute.”

To which the actress answered with a calm but on-point “Yes I am.”

Just when the netizen stepped back fearing Padilla might have been offended, the actress pacified the thread.

Twitter user @unkabogablebaysdandako said, “may mali ba kong sinabi? I’m just asking no offense”

Padilla said, “No naman, i just answered too.”

In another Twitter post, another netizen who goes by the username @myemarla appears to have a different take on the actress’ admission.

“Di ka banlag, kaka-discover mo lang ng bago mong talent yan. Inamin mo lnag kasi nagulat ka rin,” said @myemarla.

She then replied “Actually bata palang ako medyo banlag na po ako naoobvious lang siya now pag puyat ako or may sakit but to be honest I’m not bothered because it doesn’t impair my vision. Also I don’t mind as long as I get to see the beautiful world we live in. And I thank you!”   /muf
