Coworkers, however, got turned off by BC’s vociferous ways. Worse, BC’s prima-donna tendencies didn’t impress the bosses, as well.
When it was time to make the crucial cut, BC was the first to go. BC had to say bye-bye to a dream career before it could even take off. Next time, always remember that humility, like silence, is golden.

As expected, Glib Consort’s attack dogs unleashed their fury once again.
The crazy cronies swiftly pounced on Celebrated Star, who made the mistake of being too opinionated.
It’s not the first time that this has happened.
So maybe those clueless cohorts should not be blamed for all the negativity. The buck stops with their furtively pugnacious patron.
After all, who calls the shots in this war of words?
Cruel clique
It looked suspicious from the start.
Not a few observers were dumbfounded that Enterprising Harridan was overly chummy with Perky Jezebel.
After all, EH is notorious for being choosy when it comes to the members of this clique.
What spelled the difference for PJ? Does EH know that PJ is the secret sweetheart of Hunky Cheater?
Even though illicit, PJ’s connection to HC can prove useful to EH in the future.
Show and tell
Now it can be revealed.
Luminous Charmer is furious at Feisty Nemesis.
LC was offended by FN’s latest scheme that derailed a pet project. LC found out the hard way that FN is not a true ally. “No one can be that amiable and cheerful,” LC confided to a pal. “It’s a bit off.”
FN would often shower LC and peers with compliments whenever they bumped into each other. “But that’s all for show. FN is fake!”
But who will unmask this not-so-great pretender?
High as a kite

No wonder Gorgeous Entertainer has been acting weird of late. A production staffer allegedly caught GE taking drugs in the toilet, between takes.
Dazed GE’s erratic behavior is a serious cause for concern among colleagues. That’s because GE often reports on the set high as a kite.
Perhaps it’s also part of GE’s weight-loss regimen?
Well, the top brass has already reprimanded GE, who stands to lose everything if the incident happens again.
