Angel Locsin and Neil Arce made their relationship official just this month and in their latest Instagram pictures, the two are seen taking a much-needed and well-deserved vacation in Kyoto, Japan.

The two aren’t the showiest on social media when it comes to their romantic life, so the pictures come as a rare feat for their fans who live vicariously through their posts together.

Yesterday, Arce shared a picture of him and Locsin seemingly inside a ramen restaurant. The two are seen sitting on single-diner seats, complete with wooden partitions and all. “No copying,” Arce wrote in jest.

Meanwhile, Locsin posted photos of her and Arce on her own Instagram page yesterday. In one photo, she and Arce pose by a wooden bridge, with Kyoto’s traditional Japanese wooden houses behind them, serving as their backdrop.

In another photo, Locsin and Arce were snapped trying to take a picture of the bridge where they just posed earlier. “Looking ahead. #angKyoto.” wrote Locsin.

Their wholesome trip to Japan wasn’t absent of loved ones, either. In other posts made by Locsin, she showed pictures of her with her friends just enjoying the quiet and quaint scenery of Kyoto.

It seems Locsin just wanted a quick getaway from the chaos that is Metro Manila. It certainly gave her the much-needed break to unwind before she undertakes her next projects now that her primetime series “La Luna Sangre” is set to air its finale this March. JB
