Fret not! It seems like flying to Dubai to get your hands on a Michael Cinco creation is no longer required. A couture multi-designer brand, Couturissimo, has launched in the Philippines, making it easier for Filipinos to have a taste of Cinco’s coveted dresses and gowns, as he is one of the designers featured in the Greenbelt boutique.
The brand was originally an online shopping site, conceptualized by the Asian Couture Federation, which works with other couture designers around the world. Cinco’s creations for the brand will be labeled Couturissimo X Michael Cinco.

The launch was held in Greenbelt 5 over the weekend, where it proved to be a star-studded affair as celebrities and socialites flocked to the fabulous event. Cinco took to his private Instagram account last night to share a photo of him striking a pose in front of the boutique, wearing a sleek black suit with his signature oversized sunglasses.

Miss World Philippines 2017 Laura Lehmann shared a photo of her hosting of the launch on her Instagram page three days ago. She congratulated Cinco for the successful launch.

Actress Marian Rivera and husband, actor Dingdong Dantes were two of Cinco’s VIP guests in the launch. Rivera has worn multiple Cinco creations in the past, particularly during her own wedding, where she wore a dramatic and romantic gown by the designer.
Present in the event as well were Audrey Tan Zubiri, businesswoman and wife of politician Juan Miguel Zubiri; talent manager Arnold Vegafria; and actress-singer Karylle Padilla who also happens to be the ex-girlfriend of Dantes.
