Kapamilya comedian Vice Ganda admits he once hired a private investigator to secretly watch over a former boyfriend.
In last Sunday’s episode of his comedy talk show “Gandang Gabi Vice” where he had “Ang Dalawang Mrs. Reyes” lead stars Judy Ann Santos and Angelica Panganiban as guests, Vice shared that he once resorted to such strategy just to find out what he should know when he and boyfriend were not together.
“Ako na-experience ko nagpa-imbigtigador talaga ko. Mahal pero kasi meron akong kaibigan parang fan fan ko siya sa comedy bar pa lang tapos madam madam eh ginawa niya ‘yun sa asawa niya. Tapos nu’ng kinwento ko sa kanya naging close kami ni madam. Sabe niya ‘o sige bibigay ko sa’yo ‘yung gumawa nu’ng sa akin pero ako magbabayad. ‘Yun ‘yung pagdating ng gabi darating ‘yung mama (man) d’un tapos may pictures,” Vice Ganda said.
However, despite holding the truth in his hands, Vice Ganda never confronted his man. He never even told him that he knew of his secret whereabouts.
“Pero hindi niya alam hindi ko siya kinonfront hindi ko na sinabi sa kanya kung ano mga nalaman ko. Nalaman ko lang for myself pero hindi ko na siya inano,” he said.
“Wala na siya ngayon. Nu’ng nalaman ko ‘yun nagtagal pa ‘yun ng ilang taon. ‘Di ko na sinabi sa kanya ano mga nalaman ko,” he said.
Then, Vice shared his feelings when he knew of his partner’s betrayal and how painful it was in the eyes to see him happy with another person.
“Tapos ang masakit kasi ‘yung bibigay sa’yong litrato ‘yung picture makikita mo magka-angkas sila sa motor tapos ‘yung motor ako ‘yung naghuhulog n’un buwan-buwan,” he said.
“Ang sakit-sakit kaya pero I’m okay now,” he said as he jokingly closed the topic.
