Giddy fans girls online are speculating that Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas could be cooking up a surprise project, after the pop boy band reportedly reactivated its long-dormant Instagram account recently.
The timing, netizens pointed out, is telling because the Jonas Brothers’ third studio album, “A Little Bit Longer,” is also celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
Supporters of the siblings, who performed as a trio from 2005 to 2013 and churned out the hit songs “Burnin’ Up” and “Tonight,” got even more excited after one of the Jonas Brothers’ former backing musicians, Ryan Liestman, posted a photo of him together with the three, and described it as a “family reunion.”
Louis’ ‘heart of gold’
Not a few netizens lauded Louis Tomlinson for having a “heart of gold,” after the British singer-songwriter provided financial assistance to a sick fan.
The former One Direction member donated $10,000 to Rylee Sanford, a 9-year-old girl afflicted with a rare brain malformation called bilateral schizencephaly, which results in cerebral palsy and mobility impairment.
On a fundraising page set up by Rylee’s parents, Louis wrote: “Sending lots of love!”
The money will reportedly help shoulder the treatment of Riley, who’s also a big fan of Zayn Malik, Harry Styles, Taylor Swift and Liam Payne.—ALLAN POLICARPIO
