How can you mend a broken heart?
JC Santos and Ryza Cenon might have the solution: they run away to paradise in search of themselves in the new movie “Mr. and Mrs. Cruz”.
Cenon plays Gela, a woman scorned from a broken engagement, who then decides to go on a vacation to El Nido, Palawan as a temporary solution to her heartaches. She will cross paths with Raffy, played by Santos, whom she befriends and eventually falls in love with.
Along their journey, they clash on views about love and marriage. Will they stay together until the end? Or will their flame be extinguished as they leave paradise?
Directed by Sigrid Bernardo of the box-office hit “Kita-Kita” and released under Viva Entertainment, “Mr. and Mrs. Cruz” hits theaters on Wednesday, Jan. 24. JB
