Judy Ann Santos and Angelica Panganiban believe it hurts worse to be left for another woman rather than a man.

At first, Santos says any form of betrayal hurts. However, there are certain realizations that differentiate the pain a betrayed straight woman goes through when she is left out for a girl or for a boy.

“Hay pinagpalit ka sa lalaki. Bakit? Anong meron siya na wala ako? Actually marami [shrieks]. Kahit konsyensya mo pwede mo ipagawa,” she said at the recently held blog conference for the movie “Ang Dalawang Mrs. Reyes.”

Pwede mo pa laitin ‘yung babae, ‘mas maganda ko diyan,’” she added.

Panganiban has the same sentiment.

“‘Pag lalaki kasi, ‘Oh my God, nakakaloka’, ‘pag babae, ‘anyare’? Iba, mas mahirap.” Then she shrieked, “na-realize ko ngayon, nahirapan na naman tuloy ako, naalala ko na naman.”

“Ang Dalawang Mrs. Reyes” is a comedy film that showcases a story about two devoted wives who find their husbands to be in a secret, gay relationship. Both wives will soon do everything to bust out the secret affair of their gay husbands.

This is the first time both actresses worked together in a movie. However, they were both previously cast in Kapamilya soap “Sa Puso Ko Iingatan Ka” top-billed by Santos in 2001.

“Ang Dalawang Mrs. Reyes” opens in cinemas on January 17.
