Celebrities’ yearend vows

/ 08:38 PM December 27, 2011

As the year is about to end, let’s make an inventory of what we should do away with in 2012. In my case, I would try not to let my heart overrule my mind anymore in the coming year (Or are those my famous last words?).

After taking our “2011 bow,” it’s time to make a vow to do better in 2012. Bring it on, Year of the Dragon! May we all have fire in our belly to meet 2012 head-on.

CESAR MONTANO: “I vow to never use the 2011 calendar again in 2012. Seriously, I will see to it that every step I make is focused only on my passion and not on my intention.”

KIM ATIENZA: “I vow never to speed in 2012 especially in SCTEX. I was on my way to Anvaya to be with my wife Feli and our kids, wondering why most cars were driving slow. Driving is therapy for me so I went really fast, not knowing that speeding rules are highly enforced. When I got to the tollbooth, the highway police were waiting for me. They were big fans of ‘Matanglawin’ and ‘Showtime,’ but gave me a ticket anyway after asking for autographs and having their pictures taken. Now I don’t go faster than 100 kph in SCTEX.”
