Actress Elisse Joson says her onscreen partner, McCoy de Leon, is not really into material things. If given the chance to give him something special this holiday season, she would hand him “a kit that contains everything he may need during taping. It would also be full of medicine.”
Elisse says McCoy works almost every day, on the set of their drama series “The Good Son” and on the noontime variety show “It’s Showtime,” where the latter is a member of the all-boys dance group Hashtags. “Sobrang babad niya sa trabaho. He really needs to take care of his health,” Elisse insists.

McCoy de Leon, the other half of the popular tandem “McLisse,” says that he wants to gift Elisse with “a day of relaxation in a far-off place, like the beach. She loves the sand and sea.”
The duo will be busy during the holidays as they will promote “Ang Panday,” an entry in the 2017 Metro Manila Film Festival. “With all our show biz commitments these days, a day of rest on the beach is a big thing for us,” McCoy points out. —MARINEL CRUZ
