President Rodrigo Duterte’s granddaughter Isabelle Duterte is about to turn 18 and her pre-debut shoot at the Malacañang Palace is every girl’s envy.

Isabelle is the daughter of Davao City Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte.

The beautiful debutante-to-be is the president’s first granddaughter. In the photo, she was a total stunner in her voluminous, off-shoulder red gown.
